prior notice. It is the users responsibility to view these Terms.
("Islamicarea.com") is free to use for people of all faiths, and
ethnicities. ("Islamicarea.com") Does not discriminate based on faith
or ethnicity.


1. USE OF THESE SERVICES



Using the services provided by ("Islamicarea.com"), you agree that you:



A. Are 13 or older
B. You will not use these services to promote hate
C. You will not use these services to upload lewd images
D. You will not use these services to upload lewd videos
E. You will not use these services to upload lewd audios
F. You will adhere to the Muslim morals, and not violate any Islamic laws while using services at ("Islamicarea.com").




2. CONTACT INFORMATION



("Islamicarea.com") Is an Islamic Community. Communication of the
opposite genders is to be limited. By using these services you agree
not to, give your phone number, give your E-Mail address, give your
home address, or any other form of contact information to members of
the opposite sex. Failure to comply with these terms, will result in
automatic termination of your account. This will be done without prior
notice.


Contact information is ONLY allowed to be shared among users of the
same sex, unless given permission. If this takes place it is to be done
via PRIVATE MESSAGES ONLY.


Users MAY NOT provide URLs of sites which would contain any
type of contact information. Or any URLs of sites that would give users
more contact outside the pages of this website.



3. IMAGES


Any images uploaded to the servers of ("Islamicarea.com")
should be in compliance with Islamic laws. Images of any women over the
age of puberty MUST be veiled with the Muslim headscarf. The photos
should not be suggestive of anything sexual or related to the subject.


Images of males, must be moral. The photos must be modest and
Islamically acceptable. The photo should not be suggestive of anything
sexual or related to the subject.


If the staff of ("Islamicarea.com") deem an image to be lewd, s/he has
the right to remove it without prior notice to the uploader of the
image.


Failure to comply with these terms will result in permanent termination of your account at ("Islamicarea.com").



4. VIDEOS



Videos uploaded to the servers of ("Islamicarea.com") must comply with
Islamic Law. Videos CANNOT promote the hate of Islam in any way shape
or form. Videos should not contain GRAPHIC or INAPPROPRIATE images.


There should not be any "Music Videos" uploaded to the servers of ("Islamicarea.com").



Should the video contain images of women of a faith other than Islam,
they must NOT be inappropriate, should a staff member deem a video's
contents inappropriate, s/he has the right to remove this video without
prior notice to the uploader. Failure to comply with said terms, will
result in termination of your account.



5. SHOUTBOX


The Shoutbox feature is a privilege. It should not be abused.
If a user uses the device for lewd behavior, or flirtatious behavior,
s/he will have his or her account terminated ASAP. Contact information
is NOT to be given over the Shoutbox. In compliance with article one of
the Terms and Conditions of ("Islamicarea.com") contact information is
ONLY to be given to members of the SAME SEX via PRIVATE MESSAGES.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in PERMANENT termination
of your account.



6. BEHAVIOR


Becoming a member on ("Islamicarea.com") you are expected to
have MODEST behavior. You should not speak lewdly, you should not be
rude, or disruptive. There should be NO SPAMMING of users profiles,
blogs, forums, et cetera. If complaints about a single user is in
excess, the staff have the right to remove your account from the
servers of ("Islamicarea.com"). In no way shape or form should you even
resemble the act of "Stalking", or "Harassing" members on
("Islamicarea.com"). Threatening members of ("Islamicarea.com") WILL
RESULT IN PERMANENT TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT.



7. AUDIO


Audio uploaded to the servers of ("Islamicarea.com") MUST
COMPLY WITH ISLAMIC LAW. All Music (Nasheed) files CANNOT contain
Musical Instruments of any kind, and/or Voices of Females. This
includes any type of "Music Video" embedded onto profiles or uploaded
to the servers of ("Islamicarea.com").


Any other audio files, CANNOT contain inappropriate language,
such as cusses. They also CANNOT contain any suggestive speech,
relating to the subject of sex in an inappropriate manner. Failure to
comply with these terms can result in termination of your account,
depending of the severity of the issue. Any audio files in violation of
these terms will be removed ASAP from the server.


-A. USE OF DEVICES SUCH AS "SNAPVINE" VOICE COMMENTS, OR ANY OTHER
VOICE COMMENTING DEVICE IS PROHIBITED, AND WILL FALL UNDER THE CATEGORY
OF DISPLAYING VOICES WHICH MAY LEAD TO THE DISPLAYING OF FEMALE VOICES
ON ISLAMICAREA.COM WHICH IS PROHIBITED.


8. ADVERTISEMENTS


Should you find advertisements on a page on ("Islamicarea.com"), you
agree NOT to alter the code via CSS or HTML code. Failure to comply can
result in termination of your account.


9. ACCOUNTS

You may NOT under any circumstances create MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS to
impersonate any person other than yourself. Failure to comply with this
WILL result in PERMANENT termination of your account.


10 USERSHIP

You agree NOT to allow any other users access your account
for extended periods of time. Failure to comply will put you in fault
of article nine of ("Islamicarea.com") terms. You WILL be held
responsible for any users you allow on your account. You MAY not SELL
your profile, or membership status.


11. LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ("Islamicarea.com") BE LIABLE TO YOU OR
ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ("Islamicarea.com") HAS BEEN ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE
CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, ("Islamicarea.com") LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY
CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL
TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO
("Islamicarea.com") FOR THE ("Islamicarea.com") SERVICES DURING THE
TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.


12. AS IS

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS
PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Islamicarea.com AND
ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND
LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
